Health & Data Entry Coordinator

OCCDA has 50+ year legacy as an early learning program that strives to make a difference in our community by supporting children and families. About the position: This Coordinator position will be responsible to plan, formulate, track and execute record keeping procedures in accordance with performance standards. These duties will include monitoring data bases, providing training to staff and implement/coordinate health and child nutrition service plans. The Health and Data Entry Coordinator is a member of the OCCDA leadership team and will be responsible to maintain positive working relationships with local education services and early learning providers, community partners, supervisors, co-workers, staff, children, and families

 

Education and Experience:

  • AA or degree in public health, nursing, health education, maternal and child health or health administration,

OR 2 years’ relevant experience,

OR combination of College and Education

  • 1-year experience in data entry, data tracking, and using spreadsheets

 

Details:

  • Full time 40 hours per week
  • 52 weeks per year
  • Wage $23.25 per hour for qualified applicant
