The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and executive team. The Executive Assistant is a dynamic and strategic role with an emphasis on partnering with directors, community partners, and others to ensure organizational mission, strategic goals, and performance outcomes are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director, including scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, letters, and memos, with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Research, gather, track, and compile data for reports, presentations, and other documentation as requested.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute agency-wide communications and correspondence.
  • Coordinate logistics for staff training, meetings, and special events.
  • Record meeting minutes, identify follow-up actions, and ensure timely completion of action items.
  • Assist in preparing materials, agendas, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Support the planning and execution of special projects as assigned by the Executive Director.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the department and organization.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of related college education or office/administrative experience; or a combination thereof.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, Canva or other design software, and social media platforms.
  • Experience in producing publications, such as proposals, advertising, and brochures.

Details:

  • 40hr per week for 52 weeks per year
  • Wage is $19.60 per hour for qualified applicant
