About the position:  Supports Maintenance and Facilities by providing and coordinating administrative support and assisting with maintenance tasks. Work involves providing and coordinating administrative support including disseminating information: developing filing systems; preparing and editing reports and documents; and providing guidance to others. This position assists with facilities projects and basic vehicle maintenance.  Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, frequent exposure to outside weather conditions, both heat and cold. 
 

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 Years relevant experience
  • Facilities maintenance or custodial experience, preferred
  • Experience with electric hand tools, preferred

Details:

  • Full-time 40hr per week
  • 52 Weeks per year
  • Wage $19.60 per hour for qualified applicant
  • This position is 50% clerical (filing, phones, data entry, ordering supplies) and 50% maintenance (seasonal tasks, cleaning, lifting up to 50 lbs, basic repairs).
