Site Supervisor- Oroville/Tonasket

About the position: Direct and supervise the daily operations of assigned center staff. Collaborates with other managers, supervisors and leads to ensure compliance with all policy and procedures. The Supervisor is responsible for onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluation as well as coordinating the training plans of assigned staff. Ensuring classrooms are adequately staffed and providing coverage as needed.

 

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED and two years of relevant supervisory experience
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and email.
  • Experience in driving in all weather conditions
  • Valid WA Driver’s License

 

Details:

  • Full-time 40hr per week
  • 52 Weeks per year
  • Wage $23.25 per hour
