Class Aide

Are you someone who enjoys making a difference with young children and their families? Are you flexible, detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast paced agency? OCCDA provides early childhood education and comprehensive, prevention-based services for children ages 0-5, pregnant women, and their families. OCCDA provides both classroom and home visiting services.

To assist the teacher and cooperate in a supportive role carrying out developmentally appropriate activities. To promote the health, nutrition and education of the children and to attend to their safety and welfare.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bilingual/Spanish

The position is 40 hours per week for 49 weeks per year, with a starting salary of $13.77 /hour to $13.92 hour, depending on education.
