About the position:

To assist the Fiscal Manager and Fiscal/HR Director with agency accounting operations to include systems control, compliance, accounts payable and payroll processing.

 

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft applications, Google suites applications
  • Willingness to learn accounting software
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Attention to detail
  • Use effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.

Required Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent.

One year of accounting experience, to include accounts payable, payroll, and budgeting.

One year of experience using Microsoft applications, Google suite applications, accounting software, and computer systems. 

 

The position is 35 hours per week for 52 weeks per year with a starting salary of $19.12 per hour. We hire at a provisional rate of $17.00 per hour as we train you!
