As a staff member you will have opportunities to grow as an individual and professionally and support our philosophy of parents as the primary educator of their children

About the position: As a class aide, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children, fostering their growth and development in a supportive and engaging environment. This position supports our ECEAP classrooms in Tonasket and Oroville. 

  

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma, equivalent or enrolled in school

  • 18 years old +

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Knowledge of Early Childhood Education, preferred

  • Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred

  • Post Hire Trainings

  • Child Care Basics Course 

  • Conscious Discipline internal training

  • CLASS internal training

 
Details:

  • Full time 40hr per week

  • 38 Weeks per year (one week off at Spring Break, two weeks off at winter break, and some weeks off in the summer). 

  • Wage: $17.75 per hour for qualified applicant
