About the position:

The Family Services Coordinator plans, develops, implements, and oversees family services, community partnerships services for Head Start, Early Head Start, and ECEAP programs. The Family Services Coordinator oversees family engagement services providing professional support, technical assistance, and supervision of family service staff as they execute comprehensive family services for program families. In addition, the Family Services Coordinator oversees family services policies, and procedures for agency employees. Under direction of the Program Manager, the Family Services Coordinator acts as a lead for OCCDA driven community referrals and as a liaison with local social service and community based organizations and ensures OCCDA’s compliance with applicable regulations and performance standards.

  • Use effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.

Required Education and Experience:
 

AA Degree in ECE, social work, human services, family services, counseling or a related field.

OR 2 years relevant experience

OR combination of College and Education


The position is full time, with a starting salary of $19.75 per hour. If you do not have the required experience we will hire at a provisional rate of $16.80 per hour while we train you!
