About the position:

To assist the teacher and cooperate in a supportive role carrying out developmentally appropriate activities.  To promote the health, nutrition and education of the children and to attend to their safety and welfare.  Also to assist the bus driver in providing safe and punctual transportation to and from classroom sites. Observing and monitoring behavior of children, interacting with parents and staff to promote the well being of children.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Early Childhood Education, preferred

  • Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred

The position is 40 hours per week for 41 weeks per year, with a starting salary of $17.33 per hour.
