Family Services Manager

About Okanogan County Child Development Association (OCCDA):

OCCDA provides early childhood education and comprehensive, prevention-based services for children ages 0-5, pregnant women, and their families. OCCDA provides both classroom and home visiting services from ten locations.

About the position:

The Family Services Manager plans, develops, implements, and oversees family services, community partnerships, and the health and nutrition services for Head Start, Early Head Start, and ECEAP programs. This position also oversees family engagement services providing professional support, technical assistance, and supervision of family service staff as they execute comprehensive family services for program families.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college in Human Services, Human Development, Family Services, or related field.
• Two years of experience working with families in education, social, human, or family services environment.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Two years of experience working in Head Start or Early Head Start Programs.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish
